It’s interesting to have the opportunity to have a place for reflection on line. The library is quiet this morning since the Clevnet Server is down and it’s looking like SAM is going off line as well. Tends to make me wonder about our dependency on the very vehicle on which I am typing…

As a library person on the floor, have you ever noticed how easy it is to become the “traditional libarian” with a “shush” or “Excuse Me!” or “Change that behavior or we’ll have to kick you out.” Those role models from the past live pretty close to the surface in our lives.
